ITF Equips Over 500,000 Nigerians On Entrepreneurship, Skill Acquisition In Six Years–Ari

Eighty percent of over five hundred thousand beneficiaries of the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) entrepreneurship and skill acquisition program have either set up on their own or have been absorbed by the various sectors of the economy.
The ITF Director-General, Joseph Ari who gave the information in Abuja explained achievement indicates that the ITF is in the right direction of equipping Nigerians with skills as well as job creation.

Commenting on the role of Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized enterprises in fostering a vibrant economy, the ITF Boss said training in skills and entrepreneurship if properly harnessed would put checks on the growing level of unemployment in the country.

Ari explained that the world’s most advanced economies moved out of their economic challenges through a coordinated skills acquisition system including the promotion of Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized.
