Ramadan daily dua day 15
Arabic
رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ السَّمِيْعُ الْعَلِيْمُ ﴿١٢٧﴾
Pronunciation
Rabbana taqabbal minnaa;
In’naka antas samee’ul aleem.
Translation
Our Lord, accept [this] from us. Indeed You are the Hearing, the Knowing
Benefit
This Dua was read by Ibrahim and Ismail عليه وسلم when they completed the building of the Ka’bah.
The lesson is that a person must not be satisfied with actions only. Rather, after the action, be humble and beg Allah I to accept it. This is taught from the action of Ibrahim عليه وسلم After completing such a lofty action he does not express pride, rather he asks Allah I to accept the action.
