Over Nine hundred property owners in Gbagyi Villa, would benefit from the regularizion of illegal layouts, programme initiated by the kaduna state government last year.
Reports show that the state government has approved twenty illegal layouts for regularization, including Gidan Daji, Sabon Gida, Danbushiya, Danhono and Babban Saura, all at Millennium Village.
Other layouts approved for the regularisation scheme include Chanchangi Kinkinau, Oil Village, Kamazo, Gbagyi Villa and NITEL Television among others.
The policy to regularise illegal layouts was designed to enable people who built properties in unapproved places to obtain legal status for their properties by providing documentation and paying penalties.
Investigations have revealed that nine hundred and sixty-one property owners in Gbagyi Villa, who responded to the Kaduna State Government’s programme, will soon receive invitations to contact KASUPDA and KADGIS for their approved building permits and certificates of occupancy.
